How it Works |
 |
 |

1)
Newspaper Subscription Fundraising
Program
Selling newspapers can generate
additional revenue. Our company has
worked hard to
make it easy for you and your
organization to make money.
Let’s make
some money!
1. Organization member sells at
least one $10 or $20 subscription
2. Organization sends DTS the
subscriptions with payment
3. DTS pays organization $10 or $20
for each valid subscription that
remains active at least 28 days.
Your organization makes up to 100%
commission!
Here’s how to start your Newspaper
Subscription Fundraising Program:
Register/Login
If you are already registered,
simply log in. Not registered yet?
Complete the registration page. Then
submit your registration page
information. You’ll receive a
confirmation email. One of our sales
representatives will contact you to
answer your questions about the
program and to set up your account.
Set up your
account
Once you are registered, you can set
up your account. There are different
accounts for different levels of
users to include: Administrator,
Manager, Data Entry, General Data
Entry and Seller. Each account level
allows its user to access specific
types of information. The
Administrator account provides more
top-level information to a user than
the Data Entry account would. As an
administrator you could access a
Data Entry account if you wanted to
input new newspaper subscription
orders. On the other hand, the
person you assigned as a Data Entry
account user would not have access
to your Administrator account. Our
sales representative will be able to
answer any questions you might have
about account set-up.
Your personalized website also
allows you to upload articles,
photos, event listings and other
information to heighten interest in
your Newspaper Subscription
Fundraising Program.
Assign
personnel
Assign different personnel to help
with the data entry of your orders.
Each assigned user will have their
own account (username and password),
and can log in at any time to
complete their work.
Input
orders
Once your personnel are in place,
they can input newspaper
subscription order information. Each
account will keep track of the
orders input into the database and
seller's prizes. Participating
newspapers and/or magazines receive
this information to begin
subscriptions.
Seller
login for prizes
Sellers can log in to see what they
have won, based on the number of
valid newspaper subscriptions
they’ve sold. A valid subscription
is one that has remained active for
a minimum of 28 days. If a new
subscriber cancels his subscription
before 28 days have elapsed, no
prize credit will be given for the
order and your group will not
receive a commission for that order.
Send orders
for processing
Once orders are input, attach
payments (check or cash) to order
forms, enclose in an envelope and
send to Daley Technology Systems
(DTS) for processing. News orders
and accompanying payment should be
sent on a weekly basis to speed up
the processing of a new order for
home delivery of the newspaper. New
orders and payments should be sent
to:
Daley Technology Systems
Attn: Newspaper Subscription
Fundraising Program
912 E. Puente Street
Covina, CA 91724
Collect
commission payments
DTS distributes commission payments
for valid newspaper subscriptions to
the participating group or
organization on the 45th day after
receiving the subscription orders.
2)
Newspaper Subscription Combination
Offer Program
DTS combination offer
programs allow organizations to
promote the value-added inclusion of
a newspaper subscription (typically
an 8-week Sunday only subscription)
as part of the admission or service
fee that customers are required to
pay to utilize the organization’s
services.
Customers have a choice. They can
choose to pay the regular admission
or service fee, including an
“opt-in” newspaper subscription
offer. Or they can choose to pay the
regular admission or service fee and
receive incentives equal in value to
the promoted cost of the newspaper
subscription in lieu of a
subscription.
DTS pays the organization a
commission for each “opt-in”
newspaper subscription.
